Mango Frozen Yogurt Popsicles
Or if you are British like I am, “Mango Frozen Yoghurt Ice Lollies“. I’d love to have called them this, but since a lot of my traffic comes from the good old USA and Pinterest is seriously American English Bias, mango frozen yogurt popsicles it was. I seriously want people to find these and try them. So easy, so tasty and, wait for it, FAT FREE. So I can eat 10 right?
I know I keep going on about the weather here, but it really is surprising. And of course us British are famed for talking about the weather. We never have a heatwave like this! And when I say heatwave, I mean 25C, but still, that’s hot for Britain. My laptop is currenly resting on two television remote controls ( that no one in the house has any idea what they are for), so that it stays cool. I wish I was joking.
Still not wanting to turn the oven on, or even move that much, I chose to make a super easy frozen snack. I found this amazing fat free yoghurt. It’s by Onken and it’s called fat free Mango and Apple . I’ve been no way endorsed by Onken, but I would seriously recommend using it. How can something taste that good, but be fat free?! The result in ice lolly form is smooth and creamy and packed full of flavour.
And America because I love ya, I went and did some research into what you could use since Onken (as far as I know) is not stocked in the USA. Try this Yoplait Yoghurt. Again I have not been endorsed. I’m just that good to you!
I only had a 4 space popsicle mould, so this recipe is for 4 medium sized popsicles. Since this recipe is so easy, and I know you my readers are so intelligent (and attractive), you’ll figure out how to make more or less. Easy peasy.
- 200g fat free mango yoghurt
- Half a large mango
- Chop the mango into small pieces.
- Mix with the yogurt.
- Pour into the popsicle moulds.
- Freeze for 4 hours or overnight.
