Sriracha and Parmesan Fries #SundaySupper

I have a confession. Today’s post was meant to be sriracha crisps. However, I went out last night and this morning I wasn’t feeling, well, the sharpest tool in the box.

Their was vodka involved and perry, I think Jaeger got in on the party too at some point. I would tell you, but I can’t remember.

On the mornings where my head is spinning and I wake up not sure where I am or if I’m the right way up (which is hardly ever, honest Dad!), all I need is carbs. Not weak little carbs like crisps, but big fat angry sweaty carbs like bread and pasta.

Or Sriracha and Parmesan Fries.

So I changed my post for this weeks spicy #SundaySupper.

These fries are a revelation,  spicy fries topped with sweet smoked paprika and salty parmesan. I used sriracha with extra garlic because that’s how I like it, but you could use whatever type you like.

I’m certainly feeling a little sharper after a plate of these, carby and crispy and packed with flavour.

If you wanted an extra hit of spice you could use cayenne pepper instead of paprika, or if you were serving for children you can cut down the sriracha to oil ratio.
